STEP 1
Company Information
All Areas
Empty all the rubbish, spot clean bins and replace plastic liners
Spot clean Mirrors, walls, light switches, doors and any other furniture
Dust and wipe window sills, skirting boards and partitions other horizontal surfaces to 2m
Dust and wipe blinds, curtains and shutters
Dust HVAC heating ventilations and air condition
Remove Cobwebs
Thoroughly Sweep/ Vacuum/ Use pH neutral cleaner Mop hard surfaces floors and remove mats
Entrance/ Reception/ Office
Sweep/ Vacuum from front entrance and rear entrance door
Clean and sanitize all available desk space, phones, waiting area furniture and any other decoration stuff
Main Gym Floor
Clean and sanitize cardio equipment’s
Clean and sanitize lifting platforms
Clean and sanitize free weights area
Clean and sanitize resistance machines
Clean and sanitize vending machines
Return all free weights to correct location
Straighten stretching mats
Clean and sanitize shelving / locker room
Clean and sanitize water fountain
Refill wet wipes
Clean and sanitize tv and fans
Air Blower, Vacuum and mop under gym equipment’s
STEP 2
Studio
Clean and sanitizer all horizontal surfaces
Equipment’s returned to original layout
Kitchen / Staff room
Clean and polish sink, tape ware, draining boards, chrome fitting and splash back
Microwaves clean internal and external
Coffee machine empty, clean external
Wash dishes
Change / launder tea towels
Refrigerators clean external
Dust/ Wipe/ Disinfect all the tables, chairs, benches, cupboards and any other furniture
Toilets/ Bathrooms/ Showers/ Change rooms
Clean and polish all the mirrors.
Clean vanity unit surfaces, tape ware, chrome fitting and splash back.
Clean and sanitizer all toilets, urinals, pipes all fitting and adjacent wall surfaces.
Replenish bathroom consumable.
Clean and Sanitizer shower area – soap holders, taps, trays, hand rails, walls, floors, ledges, surrounds and make sure mould never build
Clean and sanitizer all surfaces in change rooms.
